Unfortunately all hobbies have their share of shady operators who delight in ripping off hobbyists, especially newcomers who don't know about them. This "Blacklist'" is provided as a service to the hobby and will hopefully save some people from becoming victims of fraud.

FILECARD: 1 NAME: Tom Aiguo Zhang LOCATION: Windsor, Canada WEBSITE: www.tomsrctanks.com Tom systematically robs a proportion of his new customers, he's been doing it for years! Tom has been banned from all good RC tank discussion forums where his method of operation was to private message newcomers and offer them great deals then rip them off. Tom has been caught on a number of forums from which he was already banned, using a different account, pretending to be a satisfied customer of Tom , and defending his 'honesty'. Internet forum usernames tom used were tomzag, tanklover, new user, tomsrctanks, and Tinali, no doubt he'll be lurking around with different accounts waiting to strike again.
